  • Integrated Planning Services provides our clients with over 35 years experience.  

    In addition to degrees and practice in City and Regional Planning, the president of I.P.S. has extensive ‘hands-on’ practice and training in landscape design, civil engineering, architecture, and real estate brokerage. This is reinforced with leadership, management, and coordination experience as an officer in the Army Corps of Engineers, and with the Community Development Department of the City of DeKalb.  

    This gives I.P.S. an array of skills and insights unique in the land planning profession, and distinct advantages to our clients.

·        Preliminary Plats of Subdivision and Preliminary Planned Development Plats, based upon careful site and ordinance analysis and client criteria.

·        Detailed site development plans, including landscaping and grading plans, and conceptual infrastructure plans.

·        Preparation of exhibits and expert witness testimony to local, state, and federal agencies, including HUD, FEMA, the Army Corps. of Engineers, and citizens groups of all temperaments.

    Drawings and exhibits are prepared using  AutoCAD 2005,  LandCADD 2007, and integrated with MS Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro and Photoshop CS software.  Accurate invoicing and account management is provided through QuickBooks Pro. 

    To provide clients with the most reliable service, we use Dell computers and Hewlett Packard printers and plotters.

At the inception of each development, clients may receive upon request, a thorough proposal of anticipated services. Once a project has begun, detailed invoices are sent monthly, along with a complete history of account activity since the beginning of the job.
